Anyone who wishes to access and/or subscribe and/or use the Site or the Services may do so subject to the General Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policies, along with all other policies and principles governing comprarenlinea.co.uk and that is incorporated herein by direct reference or explanation in other sections of the Site. Therefore, all visits, contracts, and transactions made on this Site, as well as their legal effects, will be governed by these rules and subject to applicable legislation in Colombia.

The Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policies contained in this document shall apply and be understood as an integral part of all acts and contracts executed or entered into through the offer and marketing systems included in this Site between users (hereinafter the “User” or the “Client”) of this Site and Comprar En Linea, located at 701 B St, San Diego, CA 92101, USA, Phone: +14842634825, email: eeuu@comprarenlinea.co.uk. (hereinafter “Comprar en Línea”, “Comprar En Linea” or “the Company”, interchangeably), and by any of the other companies or affiliates that use this Site, which will also be referred to interchangeably as the “Companies,” or the “Offering Company,” the “Provider” or the “Supplying Company,” as appropriate to the context of the text.

If the Companies have established their own Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policies for the acts and contracts they carry out on this Site, they will appear on this page indicated with a link or indicated as part of the promotion of their offers and promotions and will prevail over these.

ANY PERSON WHO DOES NOT ACCEPT THESE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND PRIVACY POLICIES, WHICH ARE MANDATORY AND BINDING, MUST REFRAIN FROM USING THE SITE AND/OR SERVICES.

The User must read, understand and accept all the conditions set forth in the General Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policies of Comprar en Línea, as well as in the other documents incorporated herein by reference, prior to registering as a User of comprarenlinea.co.uk and/or acquiring products and/or providing any data for any purpose.

If the User uses the Comprar en Línea Site, this will imply full acceptance of the conditions set forth in the General Terms and Conditions and in the Policies of Comprar en Línea. By using the Site and/or its services, the User shall expressly comply with them, and shall not be able to claim ignorance of such General Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.

1. LEGAL CAPACITY

The Services are only available to individuals who have the legal capacity to contract. Persons who do not have such capacity or minors may not use the services. The acts performed by these individuals on this site will be the responsibility of their parents, guardians, caretakers, or curators, and therefore will be considered to have been carried out by them in the exercise of the legal representation they have. Any person registering a User as a company must have the capacity to contract on behalf of such entity and to bind it under the terms of this Agreement.

2. REGISTRATION AND USE OF THE SITE

It is mandatory to complete the registration form in all its fields with valid information in order to become an authorized User of comprarenlinea.co.uk (“Member” Comprar en Línea or “User”), to access promotions, and to purchase products and/or services offered on this site. The future Comprar en Línea Member must complete the registration form with his/her personal information accurately, precisely, and truthfully (“Personal Data”) and commit to updating the Personal Data as necessary. Comprar en Línea may use various means to identify its Members, but Comprar en Línea is NOT responsible for the accuracy of the Personal Data provided by its Users. The Users guarantee and respond, in any case, for the accuracy, truthfulness, validity, and authenticity of the entered Personal Data. Each member may only hold 1 (one) Comprar en Línea account, and may not access more than 1 (one) Comprar en Línea account with different email addresses, or falsify, modify, and/or alter their personal data in any possible way. If fraudulent and/or malicious and/or contrary to these Terms and Conditions and/or contrary to good faith use is verified or suspected, Comprar en Línea will have the unquestionable right to terminate credits, cancel accounts, and even pursue legal action against offenders.
Comprar en Línea reserves the right to request some additional documentation and/or data in order to verify Personal Data, as well as to temporarily or definitively suspend those Users whose data could not be confirmed. In these cases of disqualification, Comprar en Línea may cancel the purchase made, without generating any right to compensation, payment, and/or indemnification.

Once registered, the Member will have his/her email address and a secret password (hereinafter the “Password”) that will allow him/her personalized, confidential, and secure access. If the User possesses this information, he/she will have the possibility to change the access Password, for which he/she must follow the procedure established on the respective site. The User agrees to maintain the confidentiality of his/her access Password, fully assuming responsibility for the maintenance of the confidentiality of his/her secret Password registered on this website, which allows him/her to make purchases, request services and obtain information (the “Account”). Such Password is for personal use only, and its delivery to third parties does not involve any responsibility of Comprar en Línea or of the companies in case of undue, negligent, and/or incorrect use.

The User will be responsible for all operations carried out in and from his/her Account, as access to it is restricted to the entry and use of a secret Password, known exclusively by the User. The Member agrees to notify Comprar en Línea immediately and by suitable and authentic means, of any unauthorized use of his/her Account and/or Password, as well as of the unauthorized entry by third parties to the same. It is clarified that the sale, assignment, loan, or transfer of the Password and/or Account under any title is prohibited

The User will be responsible for all operations carried out in and from their Account, as access to it is restricted to the entry and use of a secret Key known exclusively to the User. The Member agrees to immediately notify Comprar en Línea, by suitable and reliable means, of any unauthorized use of their Account and/or Key, as well as unauthorized access to it by third parties. It is clarified that the sale, assignment, loan, or transfer of the Key and/or Account under any title is prohibited.

Comprar en Línea reserves the right to reject any registration request or to cancel a previously accepted registration, without being obliged to communicate or explain the reasons for its decision, and without this generating any right to compensation or indemnification.

3. MODIFICATIONS TO THE AGREEMENT

Comprar en Línea may modify the General Terms and Conditions at any time by publishing the modified terms on the Site. All modified terms will become effective 10 calendar days after their publication. Within 5 (five) business days following the publication of the modifications, the User must contact us if they do not accept them; in this case, the contractual relationship will be dissolved and the User will be disabled as a Member. After this deadline, it will be considered that the User accepts the new terms and the contract will continue to bind both parties.

4. PROCEDURE FOR USING THIS WEBSITE

In contracts offered through the Site, the Offering Company will provide clear and easily accessible information about the steps that must be followed to conclude them, and will inform the Member, when applicable, if the electronic document formalizing the contract will be archived and if it will be accessible to the Member. Merely following the steps indicated on this site to make a purchase is equivalent to accepting that the Offering Company has indeed complied with the conditions contained in this section. It will also provide its postal or email address and the technical means available to the Member to identify and correct errors in the shipment or their data.

5. PAYMENT METHODS THAT CAN BE USED ON THE SITE

The products and services offered on the Site, unless a different method is indicated for particular cases or offers of certain goods or services, can only be paid with the means specifically indicated in each case. The use of credit cards will be subject to what is established in these Terms and Conditions, and, in relation to their issuer, to what is agreed in the respective Opening Contracts and Use Regulations. In case of contradiction, what is expressed in the latter instrument will prevail. With respect to bank cards accepted on the Site, the aspects related to them, such as the date of issuance, expiration, limit, blocks, etc., will be governed by the respective Opening Contract and Use Regulation, so that the Companies will not responsible for any of the aspects mentioned. The Site may indicate certain purchase conditions according to the payment method used by the user. Comprar en Línea may grant discounts in the form of credits that Users can redeem in their purchases. In each case, Comprar en Línea will unilaterally determine the maximum amount of credits that the User can use in a purchase and will detail it in the system prior to starting the payment process. Credits used by Users will not be refunded in the event of product returns, for any reason that may occur.

Payment methods:

  • Cash on delivery. Pay in cash at the time of delivery.
  • Direct bank transfer. Make your payment directly into our bank account. Please use the order number as the payment reference. Your order will not be processed until the amount has been received in our account.

6. FORMATION OF CONSENT IN CONTRACTS MADE THROUGH THIS SITE

Through the website, the offering companies will make offers of goods that may be accepted by customers electronically, using the mechanisms that the site offers for this purpose. Any acceptance of an offer will be subject to the suspensive condition that the offering company validates the transaction. The consent will be understood as formed from the moment this written confirmation is sent to the user and in the place where it was issued. The offer made by the user is irrevocable except in exceptional circumstances, such as when Comprar en Línea substantially changes the description of the item after an offer has been made, or when there is a clear typographical error.

7. VALIDITY PERIOD OF THE OFFER AND PRICE

The validity period of the offer is the one that coincides with the expiration date indicated in the promotion or by the exhaustion of the quantities of products available for that promotion duly informed to the user, or while the offer remains available, the lesser of these periods. Whenever a promotion does not indicate an end date, it will be understood that the activity will continue until the inventories are exhausted.

The prices of the products offered on the site are expressed in Lempira (currency) (L.) unless otherwise stated. The prices offered correspond exclusively to the value of the item offered and do not include shipping, handling, delivery, accessories not expressly described, or any other additional item.

Additionally, it is possible that a certain number of products may have an incorrect price. If there is a typographical error in any of the prices of the products, and the correct price of the item is higher than the one shown on the page, at our discretion, Comprar en Línea will contact you before the product is shipped, and/or we will cancel the order and notify you of the cancellation.

The companies may modify any information contained on this site, including those related to goods, services, prices, stocks, and conditions, at any time and without prior notice until they receive an acceptance of purchase, which will obligate the offering company, subject to the validation conditions indicated above, that is, once the consent between the parties to a particular transaction has been formed.

8. PROMOTIONS

The promotions offered on this website may not necessarily be the same as those offered through other sales channels used by the companies, such as physical stores, telephone sales, catalogs, or others unless expressly stated on this site or in the advertising carried out by the companies for each promotion. When the site offers promotions that consist of free or discounted delivery of one product with the purchase of another, the delivery of the free or discounted item will be made at the same place where the purchased product is delivered. The Offering Company submits its promotions and promotional activities to comply with current regulations and specifically to the provisions of Law 1480 of 2011.

9. DISPATCH OF PRODUCTS

The products purchased through the site will be subject to the dispatch and delivery conditions chosen by the User and available on the Site. The shipping information is the sole responsibility of the User. The chosen deadlines for dispatch and delivery will be counted from when the Offering Company has validated the purchase order and the payment method used, and business days will be considered for the fulfillment of said deadline.
Before completing their purchase, the User may know the estimated delivery date range for their product. Additionally, products will only be delivered from Monday to Saturday from 8 am to 5 pm, excluding holidays.

The User may choose, at the time of purchase, to have their product dispatched to a specific location, or they may choose the option to pick up the product at one of the designated points indicated by Comprar en Línea for this purpose.

If the User chooses the option to pick up the product, Comprar en Línea will inform the User via email when the product is available for pick-up. From this notification, the Customer will have a period of 5 business days to pick up the product. If this period expires, the order will be canceled and returned to the seller.

When picking up the product, the Customer must present their identification document. If the person picking up the product is not the order holder, a copy of the order holder’s identification document and authorization letter must be presented.

Warning: Comprar en Línea cannot guarantee the shipment to some regions of the country of products considered oversized or with excessive weight by transport companies. When this happens, Comprar en Línea reserves the right to revoke orders that are in these conditions, in which case the order will be reversed, and the price will be refunded to the User as soon as possible. Additionally, as a general rule, Comprar en Línea will not deliver products to upper floors, especially those of large dimensions, which will be delivered on the ground floor of the place or residential complex.

10. PRODUCT RETURN POLICY, RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, CONDITIONS FOR CLAIMING A WRONG PRODUCT, AND PAYMENT REVERSAL

11. CONDITIONS FOR CLAIMING A MISSING PART

In case the customer receives an incomplete product, the following procedure must be carried out to verify the validity of the claim.

  • Within two business days of receiving the product, the customer must contact the Customer Service line to file a claim for the missing part of their item.
  • Once the Customer Service area receives the claim and verifies the data, a response will be provided to the customer within two business days. Depending on the case, the missing part will be sent or the customer will be asked to initiate the return process through the website to send the complete product.
  • If the customer does not file the claim, they may apply for the right of withdrawal through the website, subject to the terms described in this policy.

CONDITIONS FOR CLAIMING DAMAGES

A damaged product is one that is physically deteriorated, whose packaging has been manipulated, whose content is empty, and/or which corresponds to a wrong product.
In case the customer receives a damaged product, the following procedure must be carried out within two (2) business days from the date the product was received:

  • The customer must collect evidence that allows determining the condition in which the product was received. This will be evidenced by at least four (4) photographs showing clearly the packaging on its different sides and the product with all the received pieces.
  • Within two (2) business days from the date the product was received, the customer must contact Comprar en Línea through the contact channels enabled to file the claim.
  • Once the Customer Service area receives the claim along with the sent supports, the procedure to be continued will be determined according to the evidence of the damage and the date of the reported novelty.

If the claim for damages is not initiated according to the procedure recently indicated within two (2) days following the receipt of the product, it will be understood that the received product is not damaged, and consequently, the customer will not have a new opportunity to make a claim for a damaged product.

WARRANTY POLICY

If a product purchased through Comprar en Línea has malfunctioned or damaged after its receipt, the Customer can contact Comprar en Línea, who will provide the seller or supplier’s information so that they can provide adequate support for the warranty claim. All warranty claims must meet the following conditions:

  • The product warranty must be valid
  • The product must have the invoice and warranty documents.
  • The product damage must be due to a manufacturing defect, technical failure or irregularity. No warranty will apply if the product shows signs of misuse by the Customer.
  • The supplier has the right to replace, repair, or refund the product.

At the consumer’s choice, the Supplier will collect the product from where it was delivered, or the consumer can leave the product at a designated point of attention for this purpose.
The repaired or replacement product must be delivered to the consumer at the same location where they requested the legal warranty, unless the consumer requests another location, and the supplier accepts it.

In the case where the product must be replaced by another one with the same characteristics, the supplier will proceed with its replacement within ten (10) business days following the receipt of the product by the supplier.

12. REFUNDS

Refunds for retraction processes, warranties, or order cancellations will be made through a coupon, which can be seen reflected in the Comprar en Línea account in the “My Coupons” section.
Comprar en Línea will only refund the money to the account holder in Comprar en Línea once the refund has been approved.

Types of refunds

Coupon: The coupon can be used on any product on comprarenlinea.co.uk in as many purchases as the balance allows. The coupon will be sent within one (1) business day after the order is canceled or the product’s return or warranty is accepted.
The Customer must adhere to the application process duration terms stipulated by their bank.

13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content included or made available to the User on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio files, digital downloads, and any other information (the “Content”), is the property of Comprar en Línea or has been licensed to it by the Provider Companies. The compilation of the Content is the exclusive property of Comprar en Línea and, in this sense, the User must refrain from extracting and/or reusing parts of the Content without the prior and express consent of the Company.
In addition to the Content, trademarks, denominative or figurative marks, service marks, industrial designs, and any other element of intellectual property that is part of the Content (the “Industrial Property”), are the property of Comprar en Línea or the Provider Companies and, therefore, cannot be used by Users in connection with any product or service that is not provided by Comprar en Línea. Similarly, Industrial Property may not be used by Users in connection with any product and service that is not one that Comprar en Línea commercializes or offers or in a way that produces confusion with its Customers or discredits the Company or the Provider Companies.

14. THIRD-PARTY INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Comprar en Línea is a law-abiding company and does not intend to take advantage of the reputation of third parties by appropriating their protected intellectual property. For this reason, we have tools that seek to ensure that products purchased through our website are original and have legally entered the country. Considering the above, if you suspect that any product on our website infringes the intellectual property rights of third parties or infringes legally protected rights belonging to you, please contact us by clicking here to immediately remove such products from our website and take all actions to prevent this from happening again.

15. RESPONSIBILITY OF Comprar en Línea

Comprar en Línea will do its best within its capabilities to ensure that the transmission of the Site is uninterrupted and error-free. However, given the nature of the Internet, such conditions cannot be guaranteed. Similarly, the User’s access to the Account may be occasionally restricted or suspended in order to carry out repairs, maintenance, or introduce new Services. Comprar en Línea will not be liable for losses (i) that have not been caused by its breach of obligations; (ii) loss of profit or loss of business opportunities; (iii) any indirect damage.

16. TERMS OF LAW

This agreement will be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States of America (USA), without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is declared illegal or presents a void, or for any reason becomes inapplicable, it shall be interpreted within the framework of the same and in any case, shall not affect the validity and applicability of the remaining provisions.

We have implemented technology and security measures to prevent unauthorized or illegal access or accidental loss, destruction, or occurrence of damage to your information.
